Rietveld Schröder House

Rietveld Schröder House

In the last decade architects have found a renewed interest in colour that had been hidden away for decades. This exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London explores the phenomenon of colour throughout modern architecture from the classic projects like the Rietveld-Schroder House to Five Beehives for Olaf Nicolai by Sauerbruch Hutton. The display uses images, models and materials to illustrate the cultural, historical and emotional associations that colour has in architecture. For more information, visit: V&A Chromazone
